How does ABR benefit me as a seller or buyer?

The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer's agents who focus on working with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. Our ABR doesn't just indicate or provide our robust knowledge in real estate, instead this designation assists us in providing you the highest standard of excellence of service throughout the real estate process.

 

Why would CRS benefit me when I'm working with an agent?

CRS is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. This designation is awarded to experienced REALTORS® who have completed advanced training in listing and selling properties, and who have met the necessary rigorous production requirements needed to earn this designation. Less than 4% of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists because only 1 in 20 REALTORS has the sales record and advanced training to carry the CRS designation. Most importantly, under the new national real estate best practice laws, they can save you thousands of dollars.

 

What difference does it make working with a Ninja Certified agent?

Ninja Selling educates real estate professionals on how to provide value to the four different personality types DISC so that they are able to adapt their communication style and match it to the specific personality type of their client.  

 

How does the Mastery Ninja Certified professional benefit me?

This one-year course in social science and psychology emphasizes the importance of adapting communication to each individual’s DISC personality type.
